 Before your session, we will verify your benefits & confirm coverage for therapeutic massage. After each visit, a claim will be submitted directly to your insurance company. You only pay your copay (if any) at the time of service.

This process makes quality massage care more accessible & affordable with minimal hassle.

  • Referral: Required. Please see your VA provider to request  Medical Massage.

  • Costs: No cost to you for 45 minute Focused  Massage.​​

          Additional time is available ​as a self pay service.

​

  • Request care with DyAnna Prestwich, LMT at Vibrant Tranquility.

  • ​Referral: Required. Please see PCP to reques a referral for a Medical Massage.

​​

  • Eligibility:  NM State & Local Public Body Employees.

​​

  • Costs: $55 copay due at time of service for 45 minute Focused Massage. 

​

  • Additional time is available as a self pay service.​

​

  • Visit Limits: 25 visits per year shared between massage, naprapathic, chiropractic, and acupuncture services.
